Restore  Supportive Housing Funding! Support a Revenue Solution

Now, more than in any previous year, supportive housing funding is at risk!

The Governor's proposed budget:
  • eliminates all funding for homeless supportive housing services ($12.7 million cut) and
  • cuts "special projects", including mental health supportive housing projects and "bridge subsidies" ($9 million cut)!
These cuts and limitations are imposed on our most vulnerable of citizens.
The Legislature budget proposal (HB 4165) seeks to restore supportive housing funding. To make this proposal work, we need a revenue solution!
