This training explores frameworks of Restorative and Transformative Justice, and looks at the roots of this revolutionary way to cultivate accountability, collaboration, and egalitarian inter-reliance in large and small groups and communities. We will cover the history and diverse applications of this movement and explore ways to apply these practices to our service relationships and policies, and to our methods for troubleshooting discord and disruption in our service environments.
